Right now the only personal data SEED collects is what you give when you join the planting waitlist. This page explains what happens to it.

Who is responsible

Danil Luchka trading as SEED is the data controller. Contact: hello@seedplant.co.uk.

What I collect

Your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it.

Why, and on what basis

I use your email for two separate purposes, each with your consent:

You can withdraw either consent at any time, separately.

Where it is stored

Waitlist sign-ups are stored by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this site and processes the data on my behalf. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Netlify may store this data outside the UK, including in the United States. That transfer is covered by Netlify’s data processing agreement and the standard safeguards UK data protection law requires for international transfers.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or for two years after you last engaged with a SEED email, whichever comes first. Then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@seedplant.co.uk or reply to any SEED email, and I will act within one month. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site uses Plausible Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data.
